Melanie Albanese joined Transformation Capital in January 2021 as Network Manager. Prior to joining, Melanie led member engagement, communications, marketing, and events for the Experience Innovation Network, part of Vocera Communications. She worked closely with health system executives across North America to identify pain points, identify areas for innovation, and build a roadmap for improvement that leverages the voice of the patient, family, and care team members to drive experience innovations at their institutions.
Melanie received her BSBA from the University of Denver in Hospitality Management and Business with a focus in conference services and events. She has been ever focused on the intersection of hospitality and healthcare and how the two industries can learn from one another. Prior to joining the Experience Innovation Network, she worked at the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay and in the Office of Patient Experience at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital.
