About Nick

Nick Briguglio joined Transformation Capital in July 2022.

Prior to Transformation, Nick was an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank in their Healthcare group. There, he helped execute various M&A and capital raising transactions for a range of digital health and tech-enabled services companies.

Nick graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a dual-concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys playing golf, skiing, running, and supporting the Phoenix Suns and Boston Red Sox.
