About Robin

Robin joined the Transformation Capital team in March of 2022 and brings with her 30+ years of human capital expertise.  

Most recently, Robin has been involved in a number of healthcare start-up companies where she set the foundations for high growth and strong culture. She has worked across multiple industries and her experience ranges from early-stage to mature company challenges.

The one thing she believes in, regardless of company size, is that people are the "gold" for success.  In todays' ever-changing marketplace, this is even more important.  Robin brings a unique perspective for understanding the needs of people while driving toward business results - and believes firmly that the best companies can balance both.  

Outside of work, Robin enjoys spending time with her large family (and furry friends), exploring new places with her lovely husband, and keeping fit.
